This Privacy Policy describes how Potential, Inc. ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with SuperMirror. We believe in minimal data collection and maximum transparency.

1. Information We Collect

License keys. When you purchase SuperMirror, we generate a license key tied to the email address you provide at checkout. This is used solely for license validation.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, billing address, or other payment details on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.

Support communications. If you contact us at [email protected], we retain your email address and message content to provide support.

Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on supermirror.app. This is a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies, does not track individual users, and does not collect personal information. It provides aggregate page view and visitor counts only.

Email delivery. We use Resend to deliver transactional emails (license key delivery, purchase confirmations). Resend processes your email address solely for delivery purposes.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• SuperMirror does not collect, transmit, or store any screen content, keystrokes, or usage data from your Mac or connected devices.
• We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We do not build user profiles or perform behavioral tracking.

3. How We Use Information

The limited information we collect is used exclusively for:

• Delivering and validating your license key
• Processing your purchase
• Responding to support requests
• Understanding aggregate website traffic (no individual tracking)

4. Data Retention

We retain your email address and license key for as long as your license is active. Support communications are retained for up to 2 years. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant.

6. Third-Party Services

SuperMirror integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Cloudflare — website hosting and privacy-first analytics

7. Children's Privacy

SuperMirror is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of SuperMirror after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
