These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SuperMirror, a macOS application developed and operated by Potential, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using SuperMirror, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SuperMirror on one (1) macOS device for personal or professional use. You may not redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the software.
2. Purchase and Payment
SuperMirror is available as a one-time purchase of $29 USD, processed through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Your license key will be delivered to the email address you provide at checkout.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy. If you are unsatisfied with SuperMirror for any reason, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, purchases are non-refundable.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
SuperMirror is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that SuperMirror will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all hardware configurations or third-party devices.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Potential, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Damage to hardware, displays, or connected devices
- Loss of data or profits
- Business interruption
- Any damages arising from the use or inability to use SuperMirror
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of SuperMirror shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.
6. Third-Party Devices
SuperMirror is designed to mirror your Mac screen to external displays and tablets, including the Daylight DC-1. We are not responsible for the operation, compatibility, or condition of third-party hardware. Use of SuperMirror with any device is at your own risk.
7. Updates
We may release updates to SuperMirror at our discretion. Updates may be required for continued functionality. We are not obligated to provide updates, maintenance, or support beyond what is described on our website.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of SuperMirror and delete all copies from your devices.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of SuperMirror after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
