Tap Allow on your tablet
Your tablet needs your permission before SuperMirror can connect to it.
Try these in order
-
Unlock your tablet
Leave full-screen apps and look for Allow USB debugging?. Check the tablet’s notifications too.
-
Tap Allow
If this is your own Mac, select Always allow from this computer to remember it. Then tap Allow.
-
If the prompt is missing, reconnect
Check that USB debugging is on. Unplug the cable and reconnect it while the tablet is unlocked.
Still no prompt?
Try a different USB data cable. If you use Android Studio or another Android tool, quit that app and reconnect.
As a last step, open Developer options → Revoke USB debugging authorizations on the tablet. This removes its trust for every computer. Reconnect and approve your Mac again.
Still stuck?
Email [email protected] and describe what you see.
Include your tablet model and the message in SuperMirror. The Logs button in the Mac menu copies a report you can paste.SuperMirror for Mac · All connection checks
