Allow SuperMirror on your local network
WiFi works only on tablets that already allow network debugging, such as the Daylight DC-1. It needs a working cable session first. Your Mac and tablet must share a local network.
Try these in order
-
Start with the cable
Connect the tablet and confirm that the Mac picture appears. The Mac updates SuperMirror for tablet when needed.
-
Choose WiFi in SuperMirror
Keep the cable connected while SuperMirror prepares WiFi. Allow the macOS Local Network prompt if it appears.
-
If you denied permission, enable it
Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network and allow SuperMirror. If that settings page is available, return to SuperMirror and try WiFi again.
If WiFi drops
Reconnect the cable to restore a steady connection. Check that both devices use the same WiFi network. Guest networks can prevent devices from connecting.
Cable is faster and steadier. Network access over the internet is not available.
