Help When mirroring stops

Your tablet stopped answering

Your Mac lost contact with your tablet. Mirroring stops. Your apps stay open on your Mac.

Try these in order

  1. Click Try again on your Mac

    Open SuperMirror in the menu bar and click Try again. If you see Start, click that instead.

  2. Unplug the cable and plug it back in

    Wait five seconds, then reconnect the cable with your tablet unlocked. Tap Allow if Android asks.

  3. Restart your tablet

    Restart the tablet with its power menu. When it is ready, reconnect the cable and open SuperMirror on your Mac.

Include your tablet model and the message in SuperMirror. The Logs button in the Mac menu copies a report you can paste.
