Help Connect your tablet

Plug in your tablet

Connect your tablet to your Mac with a USB data cable. A charging cable may not carry data.

Try these in order

  1. Connect the cable directly

    Connect your tablet to your Mac. For this check, leave out hubs and adapters if you can.

  2. Unlock your tablet

    Keep the screen on. Turn on USB debugging, then tap Allow if Android asks.

  3. Open SuperMirror on your Mac

    Click Start. If your tablet does not appear, try a different data cable.

Include your tablet model and the message in SuperMirror. The Logs button in the Mac menu copies a report you can paste.
